? Why you guys lie
I attached screenshot that I paid by debit card. I can prove every single my order pay by debit because I have to pay more if I pay by credit card that what your company policy.

It is so easy to I can prove why you lie that I paid by credit card LOL

I agreed 20% stocking fee with store credit refund

I never ever ask cash refund and even you guys said WE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STORE CREDIT REFUNDwithin a month!

I agreed everything and then being refused that your owner was away (by that time) and you confirmed with owner it is not possible. And asked me to come back when owner is back so I told you what is the point I kept back to back you already confirmed everything with owner

And everything what I bought from your store you can check with receipt!!

REFUND is only available with receipt. is it not a common sense for you? We can check with receipt which is available online. - I have account history. that is it that is all.you just lie that I brought outside product Everything should be refund by receipt anyway!not my or your assumption. LOL

And I brought back the products first time on that day only - before that I asked you guys is it ok to brought back after a month I bought them you said yes so I brought is but I was refused on the site so I was upset because I have to drive 1 hour. If you guys say no to me when I asked you guys, I don’t need to waste my time.

They never offer a 100% refund within the 30 days. After 30 days, they refuse to process any refund. Business owners should be aware of this policy.

As someone who recently started a business, I was excited to receive a $10,000 contract. However, I realized that some of the products I purchased earlier from this store were not needed, so I went back to return them. The items were only worth a few hundred dollars, but since they were past the 30-day period, the store refused to accept the return. I didn’t mention beforehand that I would need around 200 mugs, 200 keychains, and 100 bags for my contract, but I wanted to see how they would treat a loyal customer. They still declined.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of return and refund policies. I’ve decided not to make future purchases from this store, even though I have made several transactions there over the past year. Instead, I’ll buy from Amazon, where I can return products anytime within 30 days and receive a full refund. While you may have saved a few hundred dollars today, you’ve lost thousands of dollars in future business.

This decision may not matter to you, but it certainly matters to me.
