Traveling from Saskatoon after a tire change and stopped by to ask for help with a retorque. Even though it was busy the receptionists were fast to grab someone and he immediately came out to help and even rejected my offer to pay. Very sincere and kind service. Forgot to thank him but I hope he sees this.

This is Hands Down the BEST experience I've had with a mechanic! I felt really respected, heard and honored. I was under time pressure, and they did more then I thought possible faster then I thought was possible. They even had to order in parts, and it was still less then a week in the shop. Their communication was impeccable! I've often had to spend time calling and following up on my car, but in this case they kept calling me, and keeping me informed of any changes or plans. They were so exceptional, I tried to give them a extra $100 which they didn't accept. So a 5 star review is the best I can do!
