Ryan and his crew go over and above for customers. I brought my Tacoma in and happened to mention I was going to get a windshield done the next day. He proceeded to get a number of another local guy to use his shop and do it the same day for much less then any of the auto glass companies around. I willl be bringing all of my vehicles back to him for detailing in the future.

(Please consider reading this review, Ryan spent countless hours, worked overtime, came in during closed business hours, and kept me updated with every step of the process, he treated us like family and SAVED US THOUSANDS of dollars had we gone to Mitsubishi or through Insurance, or any other automotive shop for that matter. He truly deserves the recognition he gets in and around Spruce Grove.
He has earned my families business for life.)

I had 2x 5 gallon glass carboys filled with RO water in the back of my moms vehicle EXPLODE upon hitting a pot hole...
10 gallons = 37.8L of water went from the back of my moms vehicle, all the way through the carpet, underlay, rear seats, all the way up to the foot pedals... (THE VIDEOS DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE)

I called Ryan at R.A.D. at 5:38pm on Thursday, told him what happened and had my vehicle at his shop within 30 minutes.
He went right to town and carefully pulled up the carpet, the underlay, and got it all out to dry it.
He spent HOURS with the Bissell and emptied the tank at least 5x, he was also blowing the water out of the hard to reach areas, cleaning up the glass shards from the bottles and hammering at it every chance he could. He also had multiple fans inside the vehicle running 24/7 for the 4 and a half days he had it.
(Mind you, he runs this business full-time with some staff and was booked up a week in advance, so the fact he even took my vehicle in was a blessing and im super grateful he did)
He stuck this giant dehumidifier in the rear of the vehicle and it was pulling out a liter of water every hour or two, consistently...
He even came in AFTER WORK HOURS to check on the dehumidifer and ensure the drying process was taking place.

I chatted with Ryan daily and he even invited me to his shop to come check it out in person which I really liked. Its completely different being there, in the shop, with my hands on the underlay and carpet, feeling it dry, rather than just seeing photos of it, so I appreciated that.
We initially thought the water was only behind the read passenger seat... however he decided to go the extra mile and checkout the other parts that "FELT" dry, and turns out they werent, the job just kept growing and growing and growing and NOT ONCE did he ever complain, he was honest with me, upfront with what was happening and kept me in the loop.

He was beyond kind, one of the nicest people ive met since moving to Spruce Grove, and a family man with an awesome kid that I got the opportunity to meet.
Not to mention, he also filled up my wiper fluid, vacuumed out the glass and absolutely NAILED IT with putting the interior back together. Seriously, look at the before and after. Im sure im also forgetting some things as he did so damn much but I trust I got the gift of it.

If you're on the fence about whether or not to go here, or are looking for a new auto detailing shop, let this be your message to GO TO R.A.D.! You wont receive the same level of customer service and quality of work anywhere else as you will here.

Ryan and his crew took the extra time needed to make my truck look better than brand new, it had been in BC for a few years exposed to salt from the ocean, brought me in during the entire process and explained from beginning to end how it all worked, and Ryan took the extra time to provide some tips for future washings. My daughter bought me a birthday gift certificate to take my 2006 Dodge Ram in for detailing. I was unsure what to expect, so Ryan walked me through the many cleaning services they offer. Ryan and his assistant spent over 6 hours and the results were beyond what I imagined my truck could possibly look like. The chrome gleams and the interior looks like the day I bought it new. Recommend R.A.D. Auto Detailing quite highly. A very thoughtful gift indeed.

Ryan at r.a.d is a super nice guy I recently got my Kia done there , he did an amazing job, like it was cleaner then the car was when I first got it , I am a picky person, I use to detail as well, and even my windows were done absolutely amazing ! They even picked me up when the car was finished so I didn’t have to pay a taxi !!! Definitely suggest them, they even took off the dealership sticker for me for free !!!!! Best experience I have had when it comes to getting my car detailed!
