I had the best experience! They went above and beyond for me. Long story short, I had a leak in truck from a crack but didn’t realize how bad it was. My truck was honking randomly on its own due to water getting into the electrical system causing a lot of issues. I was very stressed out and wasn’t sure if it was going to be covered but Miranda pulled through got it all covered under warranty, the gave me a loaner and replaced all the damaged wiring and window and gave it back to me SPARKLING! Such a great experience and they really took care of me!

Bought a 2023 wagoneer from dealership in kamloops and had nothing but issues. Rainbow has stepped up and fixed majority of them and have also listened. Unfortunately the kamloops dealership won't ever see business from me again, I bought 3 brand new vehicles from them since 2019 and was treated very poorly.

Got our truck in right away. Was very helpful and accommodating. We had the courtesy shuttle drop us off and pick us up. Had an issue with the dealership we got truck from, but Rainbow Chrysler took care of it and made sure we were happy customers.
