Wonderful staff service. Had a huge job that needed to be completed in one day, Chris from ralcomm did a phenomenal job completing the task in a timely manner with a smile on his face, he is very thorough and pays attention to detail. I will be back for more installs.

Upgraded my phone here. Selected the ship to home option. It’s been over a month and haven’t received any order details. Staff unable to provide updates on delivery status. Absolutely zero help was given to me. I highly recommend going to an actual telus store or apple. As ralcom doesn’t follow through with their orders. Also don’t choose the ship to home method. Because they can’t tell you where your phone is or when it will be shipped.

I called Ralcomm specifically asked if they had a glass or hard plastic screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that had adhesive over the whole protector, not just the edges 3 times. The girl on the phone said they did. However, when I arrived at the store by taxi (which cost me $20 each way). All they had was a plastic film screen protector. Obviously, the staff doesn't care about customer service. I wont be returning.

Just had a remote car starter installed today. Excellent customer service and the gentleman spent time showing me how the app was used and the new features on my existing factory fob. Fast and friendly, would absolutely recommend.

I brought in my sons ps4 to be cleaned, and they did an excellent job. One of the fans had seized and they fixed that too. Some people don't realize that these sorts of services cost a fair price, but its comparable to the average rate anywhere in Alberta. Polite, quick and professional. Great place!
