I had a great experience working with RCI Consulting to obtain my legal basement permit. I worked with Amer, who was my designer, and he was exceptional from start to finish. He prepared all the required drawings and handled the entire process of getting the city's approval.

What stood out the most was Amer’s deep knowledge of building codes, especially regarding fire and safety requirements. He made sure every detail met the standards, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Amer was also very responsive and patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend RCI Consulting, and especially Amer, if you're looking for expert help with permits and code compliance.

Amer has extensive knowledge on design and getting things approved with the city. I was able to get a permit for an old house and I'm happy that I'm getting my legal basement done. Will definitely recommend to anyone and hoping to work with him in future projects
