EXTREMELY good customer service!!! Right from the first phone call, to the after the install was completed. I can't recommend them enough! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The knowledge and experience of the customer service rep we had was beyond exemplary (as well as her kindness and understanding), and the service tech that installed our water heater and softener, was one of the best in the business!!! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and great people working for this company!!! VERY, VERY happy customer here!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!

The Reliance team were punctual, polite and helped me understand the situation and my options clearly. I opted for the waterless heater and a new softener. The installers did a great job installing the new equipment and removed the old ones and cleaned up afterwards. Amazing!

Install only took about an hour. Person installing was late by understandable account an emergency with a furnace. He didn’t make a mess and used drop cloths. I burnt out 4 water heaters in 22 years and got tired of forking out more and more money for replacement every five or six years. For a low monthly fee to reliance if was well worth it to me. I would highly recommend them

Ken from Reliance MacKenzie Heating, Air Conditioning came out today. As I was having trouble with heat. He spent time looking to see what the problem was. He then left to pick up a part to fix my furnace. I was so happy we have heat for when it gets cold. Reliance MacKenzie has installed our furnace and air conditioning. Sharing a great experience with Reliance tech Omar.

When the weather hit to -25c in the mid of November my furnace stop blowing hot air. It was so scary for me with my two kids. I immediately call Reliance and book an appointment for end of week Friday (that was the earliest availability). I waited 2 days and literally without any heat at home, got two space heaters which doesn’t heat up the entire house. On Friday, the tech came and try to find out the issue but seems like he was identifying the issue something else instead of original issue. He was assuming the problem with the blower alignment (lol) and lately ended up with his troubleshooting stating we need to replace the high limit switch as it sensing high air temp all the time (!) and all the retail store are closed now (Friday after 5PM) so need to wait till Monday(!!!). I was without heat since Tuesday and waiting any longer seems not feasible for me, I was totally frustrated with the tech’s outcome and called again Reliance again describing the whole scenario.

Reliance customer service seems pretty sympathetic and try to get me a sooner appointment with escalation process. Finally I got the real superman Omar on Sunday around 10:45 PM. Omar seems a very professional guy, he listened my issue very carefully and went extra mile to find out the actual cause. He keeps his troubleshooting very sincerely and found the actual issue with my pressure switch. On that night he was able to get a different pressure which work with my furnace and ensured me he’ll put another order to get it replaced by this week. He did several testing to make sure the furnace would properly blow hot air without issue. He left my house around 12:20 AM ensuring me with a confidence saying “your furnace will not make any trouble for the same reason again but I’ll make sure to get the proper pressure switch for your furnace.”

Today he came again to change pressure switch of my furnace, after replacing the switch while he was doing his post checking he found some block in condenser, he cleaned it and make sure its work as it should.

I was lucky enough to have a great tech like Omar to fix my furnace issue. Hats off, Omar! The society is so beautiful because of you guys!

I called Reliance at 7:00 on Friday 12 July 24.
Michael was here at 8:00am Sunday 14 July 24.
Replaced the capacitor and checked the system and had us back enjoying a cool home in no time.
First class service.
