Clay lindberg was our realtor this past year, we started a journey together to find my family our first forever home. We had a long list of wants and needs, we were completely new to the market with so many questions and well a limited budget. We did it though, with Clay's experience and patience he found us the perfect home. He was so efficient whenever I had a question or request he was always available. I was referred to realtor, Verne Stel over a year ago. I was a first time buyer and knew very little about the housing market. Verne had a busy schedule, however, informed me to contact him anytime.
During our first meet he gave me all of the time I needed answering all of my questions in regards to home ownership. Verne was able to answer all of my questions in regards to expenses once a home is purchased. I found Verne to be very knowledgeable which is backed by many certifications in regards to real estate. Verne also worked in banking prior to real estate and was able to help me budget as well and connected me with a mortgage broker. Once I was ready to begin making offers at no point did Verne pressure me to buy any of the residences we looked at. Verne would let me know if he felt that a price was too high and encouraged me to buy a residence only if I was in love with it. Since it was going to be my primary residence. Verne would point out deficiencies in certain residences such as the build quality and neighbourhoods which were not ideal. Once I had decided on a residence, Verne was able to get me a price under asking. Verne connected me with a home inspector, lawyer, and tradesmen for any needs I may have in the future i.e., renovations, repairs etc. After purchasing my residence, I had some bad luck and an appliance stopped working. Verne kindly financially assisted me in purchasing a new appliance. I was very pleased with the time and care that Verne provided me with. I had worked with Verne for about a year. Verne was very patient, punctual and articulate. Verne let know to take as much time as I needed and that he would be available. I highly recommend Verne for his transparency, honesty, knowledge, and patience. Please give him a call and try him out. Thank you Verne!

Clay Lindberg is an amazing realtor. Clay has been supporting our charity events for over 6 years. Clay is always willing to be the main sponsor, for our bike rides and food and toy drives. 100% of the proceeds always went to victims of child abuse. Clay goes out of his way to help you find a house in your budget and helps you get the most for your house. Clay has helped lots of my friends and families buy and sell houses. Clay is one of the most honest people I know. Not many people go out of there way , to help as many charity events as he does. I bought a house listed by Vern Stel and what a mistake that was, It was a 3 dressed up as a 9 to put it bluntly, they had the place all dolled up when we viewed it and then we took possession and what a huge disappointment. They hid the defects of the house by dressing it up and placing items in front of or over defects. It was my first home purchase, of course we can't forget the other Remax agent's involved in the Huge disappointment purchase. They are Steve Klassen and Gary Becker from Remax Treeland realty and I have to say I will never deal with Remax ever again and don't suggest you do either. Gary tried selling me a house in the pitch dark of night what a Dishonest Person. Vern knew all about the defects and assisted the Sellers to lie.
They say realtors are no better than used car salesmen, it is no wonder Vern Stel doesn't have a google review page of his own!!
