Stay VERY far away from Remax Cold Lake, the WORST scamming company by far. They will also send you emails threatening you after you’re done renting from them saying you’re not going to be able to renew your license. Your rent will be increased yearly and you will not receive a notice or an answer even if you ask about an increase. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

I’m an owner of a unit in Cold Lake and hired Remax as my property management company a number of yrs ago. I have been very happy with them always , they send me all paperwork on time and keep me up to date on any issues with my property. They have always had my place rented with good tenants and I haven’t had to worry about a thing . As I live in Victoria BC it’s nice to know that I have piece of mind that Remax is looking after my property. Thank you .

Oh my goodness I just can’t seem to rave enough! The ladies here are absolutely incredible!
