Sara Klein helped me buy my perfect home this summer. When we first started searching for homes there was a neighbourhood I had always dreamt of living in however the homes were way out of my budget. We looked in other areas until one day she found my dream home in my dream area which was in my budget! Because it was my first home I was extremely nervous about any repairs or extra costs the homes we looked at might need, and that's why I chose Sara as my realtor. With her tradesman knowledge; as a Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Parts Supply Owner, and with experience building her own home/ flipping many others she was able to offer more advice than anyone else I know. She has a broad spectrum of knowledge about repairs, rennovations and things to look out for when buying any year/ style of home. Sara herself has also been through the home buying & selling process and knows exactly what quality of service is expected from a realtor and has demonstrated it flawlessly.
I cannot thank Sara enough for her patience, professionalism, flexable scheduel planning and all the crawl spaces she crawled through with me! If I could give her 6/5 stars I would!
