I got there early. To have staples removed. Not busy at all. However waited well past appoint time. They have signs saying to patients not to be late or they will be rescheduled. So if they are late what’s the course. More crap with universal health system

The "walk in clinic" is not a traditional walk in clinic, waste of time for anyone who knows what walk in clinic actually means.

Although the services provided were good, I can't give them more then 1 star because of their poor administration handling.

I started seeing Dr.Nixon in September for medical issues, some relating to my time in the military and some relating to my diagnosed ADHD that I was trying to get credited for the government. His practice is 1hr away from my house but as this practice is the closest accepting patiences I had no other choice.

During my time as a patient I admit I canceled a few appointments ( all for extenuating circumstances). On my last appointment I showed up, what I thought was only 10min late to be notified that they scheduled me for 1000 not 1010 and now with 0 warning I was cancelled as a patient.

I understand that they don't want patients missing appointments but I do not appreciate being given 0 warning and having my appointment cancelled on me after making the hour drive.

I don’t want to alarm anyone, however there is one Physician at this place who has endangered my life, and as a result put me in a hospital for one month. This person in my opinion should not be a Dr. ! Then to make things worse, when she found out what happened to me she sent me a letter telling me she was no longer my Dr. As if I was to blame for what I went through! Disgusting!
