Picked up my MacBook this afternoon, after having spilled something on it. I was told upfront that there was a bit of line-up already (the week before back-to-school) and was given a very thorough breakdown of my options and what I would be charged in each scenario.

When they got to my laptop, they made quick work of it and did exactly what I was told they would do in the best case scenario.

I'm SO happy with RepairTech Rx; I'll definitely use them again. Excellent communication, fair prices for the work, and my laptop is better than before.

Absolutely amazing service! I would give more stars if google would let me!

We were having trouble getting pictures and videos off of an old SD card and onto a new one. The phone we have is older and something was wrong with the internal technology. It seemed like we were going to lose our pictures and videos and/or have to get a new phone entirely.

We brought it in and the gentleman helped us immediately. He was very calm and polite and he walked us through every step. He ran programs on it to figure out what was going on, saved our photos to our new SD card, and was able to fix the glitches that were happening!!

He worked on it for over an hour and was professional the whole time. Once everything was fixed I couldn't believe how affordable the service was!! Absolutely amazing service!!

The phone is running beautifully with it's new SD card and all of our pictures and videos safe!!

Had my phone fixed here, paid $170 and the exact same thing happened weeks later.
I brought it back in today and I dealt with Junayd... absolutely AMAZING service.
He looked at my phone and called me in just a few hours to pick it up.. free of charge! Now that is customer service at its finest. I will definitely be giving him all of my business and spreading the word!

Took my phone in to have the screen replaced a year ago. Service was excellent, so I went back a few months ago when I had issues with my charging port.
Had a third issue unrelated to the charging port repair that fell within the 90-day warranty period, and they fixed it anyway. Stellar service, will be coming back and will recommend to friends.
