Front staff do not follow up. I had a listing with Jay Johnson and because of poor communication and results chose to change realtors. After several attempts to have the listing removed so the new realtor could list, I finally called the office and the front staff PROMISED it would be taken down that afternoon. Apparently I had to sign something that no one told me about. They knew I lived out of town and neither the secretary nor Jay thought to send electronically. Was sure it had been taken care of I wasn’t aware until my new realtor contacted me. If the form had been sitting there for 10 days, no one bothered to follow up I do not recommend this agency.
