We had water damage to our Sonya TV. Took it to Rob. He got back to us within a week with an estimate, and TV was ready the following week. Excellent service and very helpful. Would recommend him for sure!

I contacted him about servicing a vintage tube amp in May, he said to contact again in August because he was too busy. It’s the end of August and he didn’t even bother to reply this time. He might be good at what he does and that’s why he’s busy but if he won’t ever have time for taking new repairs then he is utterly useless to me. I wonder how long would it have taken him to repair it.. guess it’s a good thing he didn’t.

Brought my TV in to have a new screen put in, took two months for them to tell me that they still haven't been able to find parts. Hopefully as I'm moving in a day, they can ship it to me across Canada. Would've loved to put in a better review but it is what it is!

Great customer service. Fast turnaround repair for my overhead range microwave. I was told by other companies it is too old and should buy a new one as parts may be hard to get. Well robs repair had it fixed within a few days and saved me $600-700. Plus they even went out of their way to fix broken plastic tabs on the microwave that I didn't even ask to be repaired. Highly recommend them!

We were contacted for this person to come out and see if they would fix our tv that has been having issues for a month now. Not at all this person's fault for the length because it's warranty work from the manufacturer who said would be by to fix I want this dint before Xmas when it would be hard to get anything done at all. I hope this time I hope they come out.
