The worst place i 've ever stayed at .
Mold and bed bugs . Ceilling leaking. Poor maintenance . Don't get me started with the showers . I Travel a lot due to work and this was the worst i've seen . Nevermind the nasty look i got walking in to check in . Its like they know its garbage , but still don't change .

I stayed here twice for work. The first room I got was very clean, but the second room was grimy and smelled of cigarettes. Seems some of the housekeepers care more than others. So if you get a dirty room, you could probably get a cleaner one if you ask. I was too tired to bother.

As for amenities, there is no breakfast and the rooms do not include any kettle or coffee maker so you'll need to plan accordingly. On a more positive note, the showers run hot immediately and the AC works great despite its age.

I found the beds to be uncomfortable, with hard mattresses, lumpy pillows, and rough sheets, but I managed to sleep well anyway.

Staff seemed great, but I really only interacted with them at check-in. Nobody was around in the morning, but you can always call their service line.

Overall, it wasn't terrible but if I were paying for it myself I would choose a slightly more expensive hotel with comfier bedding and free breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep and nothing more, it's fine.

Beds and air condition were good. The main issue was very little space around the beds and no coffee maker. Hard to handle food delivery with only a desk and one swivel chair that crowded space at end of bed. A small table + 2 chairs would be better.|Pictures are deceiving. There was no grab bar in tub and bottom of tub was scraped and unappealing to get in. All footsteps above could be heard. |Not the usual conveniences .

Terrible place to stay. Room was very dirty and smelled like vomit. Towels were grungy and yellow. Beds were lumpy. Don’t stay here

the rooms are horrible it’s like they don’t even care I work out of town frequently and this is one of the worst places I have stayed in the bathrooms were gross sink and bathtubs rusted stains in the hallway from the roof leaking very bad experience and I also didn’t even stay in the room and got charged a smoking fee when I walked into the room and left slept in my truck over sleeping in that room just to pay a smoking fee I shouldn’t have paid horrible place would not recommend staying here

I'm shocked that there's no coffee offered here to guests.
There's no coffee maker in rooms or their lobby/lounge.
Other than that the rooms are dirty and gross and the beds are lumpy.
Will not be coming back even if room wss free.

The room was nice and clean. It has a fridge and microwave, no coffee maker. There were some reviews that said it was dirty and lacking.... no lacking in my room! No dust or dirt, it was nice. Their Christmas display was beautiful!
