I have serious medical issues. No appt for a min of 5 weeks! They treat this like an ingrown hair. Call alberta health to address your concerns. And yes. Receptionists are ignorant and rude! I urge everyone to call alberta heath services! We pay for our health! We deserve our health to be taken care of! Otherwise shut this place down!!

I have have used this medical clinic personally for over 20 years. Definitely one of the better experiences as I've visited a lot of clinics as an emergency responder. The doctors are very accommodating considering the very high volume of patients that insist on immediate attention instead of preventative health care. Contrary to some reviews the booking staff have always been happy and accommodating considering how busy they are. It's best to go in to make an appointment so you don't become another voice on the phone.

Very hit and miss when it comes to customer service . The ladies running the phones just do not seem to care about their patients/needs . Most times I've called they've been snippy and rude. Im surprised they still have jobs. Not to mention the lack of availability for appointments , you have to book a month ahead . But then they say call back because they can't book to far ahead. Near impossible to get into see anyone.

Was seeing Dr. Hinjani or 3 years for issues still jot resolved after trying all her remedies. She said she would book me in for surgery if the last attempt failed which it did. When I called to book in, I was told I couldn't and needed a new referral. After 4 years I am starting all over with a new specialist. I do not recommend!!!

Been going here for years and have never had a problem. All the staff are friendly and while they're clearly very busy, they all do their best to ensure things run smoothly.

I will definitely say they are not friendly on the phone and I'm a high risk patient with heart and lungs severe high blood pressure half going blind in my right eye and they've been waiting to take my gallbladder for 2 years I just called to make an appointment and I still have to. wait one month and I'm in severe pain right now and the receptionist they're very Curt they're almost to the point of rude.... That's their tone is awful no friendliness whatsoever and that's pretty sad it's bad enough people are in pain that's the reason why they're going to make a doctor's appointment and they're just so Curt....no friendliness what so ever...it doesn't stand for much. That's the front end that's what the people deal with before they see the doctor it needs to be a pleasant experience they've obviously been at the job way too long or they've been gotten away with this behavior for far too long I've had staff in businesses and my staff would never be allowed to be even talking to people like that first impressions are everything always be kind and helpful and offer a smile Jesus Christ is a doctor's office. And after reading the reviews I'm not the only one saying this so it is pretty freaking sad it's time for them to get new jobs

Dr. Willem Esterhuyse is a great doctor. Listens to his patients and doesn't make you feel rushed!

My doctor here is great. One of the best I've ever had but you have to book almost 5 weeks in advance as they are such a busy clinic. That's my only criticism. It's not their fault they are busy - they are in a town that doesn't have enough doctors.
