The worst experience when it comes to Chatr Mobile. What the hell do you mean you can’t print a paper bill for my initial payment?

The man was not doing his job, he did not even print out those details. I chatted with your Roger’s representatives by phone and they told they’re supposed to print out informations while creating accounts (LIKE EVERY PROVIDER DOES).

I needed these informations for my credentials since I’m a newcomer in New Brunswick. Y’all are disgusting.

Took 3 HOURS to switch from Bell to Roger’s at this store. At hour 2 I asked to just stop & the store manager refused despite me not signing any papers at that point. 0/10 don’t bother going here

Waited outside in the heat for a half hour to just return a modem box. We left after we were overheating! I understand the store is full at capacity as you can only have 2 in at a time. Maybe during a heatwave call customers on their cellphone so they can wait in their air condition vehicles. That might make a bit more sense.

I drive from Fredericton to Oromocto because this Rogers has staff that are helpful and in my experience, are trying to do their jobs instead of hanging out and whispering to each other about all the things they don't know how to do.

This is the location that should have been expanded and renovated.

I've had this internet for a year its sappose to be your faster internet well it's so slow it will not even load Instagram pages. I'm in the middle of town. I should have stayed with bell fibre OP. Not sure what I was thinking. When i called tech support i said that it was slow i have reset modem many times and was probably going to cancel my internet. He offered me no help and his immediate response was for to call back customer support in 2 hours to cancel. Lol No help at all just plain did not care about me at all as a customer. So in 2 hours I'll call and cancel and I will never use your horrible services again. Also contacting you guys is a whole other issue. Tha is for nothing Roger's your truly as horrible as everyone has told. Bye Roger's I'll go somewhere that at least makes me feel like I'm going to get help or my money is valued.

I came in to the store with a letter I received from Rogers regarding financial information. When I showed the employees, neither of them knew what to do. They called someone else from Rogers to try and figure it out, but it's been just over 3 weeks and the problem still hasn't been resolved, even though I was told by the employee in-store that it has been.
