I feel completely misled by Sunny at Rogers in Aldergrove. I signed up for only a wireless contract based on discounts offered by in-store employees, only to find out months later—after my bill suddenly increased by $70—that those discounts were never legitimate and only eligible for customers with both mobile and home services. A Rogers representative confirmed they should not have been applied in the first place. I trusted that what I was being sold was accurate, but now I’m stuck paying way more than I agreed to. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability.
