Bought a keyless door lock at Rona. Everything seemed fine but it would not go through programming steps. Brought it back and exchanged for a similar model. Very nice people to deal with. Would definitely recommend this store. Will be back to shop again. Thanks Rona people.

I went to this store as the insulation I was looking for was not available in the stores in Calgary. My experience from the beginning to the end was excellent! The staff are very helpful and cheerful. I was in and paid for my purchase very quickly. The loding dock staff was also very prepared and brought out the materials very quickly. Overall, I feel it's one of the best run hardware/building materials store I have had the pleasure of visiting. I'd absolutely recommend black diamond Rona for large and small volume building materials purchase...

The staff is very helpful and everyone is service oriented. I live is the aera and most staff knows me by my first name, so do I know them. The prices for materials look higher but the quality is way better then the other big box stores. Delivery service is the best and well worth every dollar you spend there.

I went in to buy a fan & asked the young lady at the till if she knew if they sold fridge locks as well & she just said “I don’t think so” instead of saying “I don’t know but one of my co workers might” or offer to look it up on the computer right in front of her. In my personal experience working in CS the one thing you DONT SAY is “I don’t know” & just leave it at that. I felt extremely unwelcome there to the point I just called later on & asked again because I didn’t want to go all the way across town & run into the young lady who rang me through because she didn’t make me feel very welcome there at all..

I have been in here 3 times a day over the last week and the staff have been so helpful with every project I have brought in with me. Tool rental even let me borrow an Allen key to fix a tub handle so I wouldn't have to buy a full set. Love this store, always has what I need or something close too.

My visit too Rona in Black Diamond was very very helpful in accomplishing my project. Terry and LeeAnn we're very helpful in helping me locate everything that I needed to complete the job that I was doing this is not the first time I've shopped at Rona in black diamonds and definitely will not be the last the staff are very pleasant and willing to help.

I recently used Black Diamond Rona for a large project. They were extreme helpful! The customer service was great from the floor staff to the yard staff, they were always willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
Their staff were always able to bring in what I needed and their lumber quality was very good.
I will definitely use Black Diamond/ Diamond Valley Rona again.
