The staff at Rona are some of the nicest, most helpful people we've ever met. We've started some major renovations on our house this year and the customer service has been a crucial part of making things go smoothly. From helping us find hinges for doors, to the best studs from the yard for the walls, to an impeccable drywall delivery, we've been able to rely on the staff at Parry Sound Rona every step of the way. Ben, Dave, Lori, Brenda, John, and everyone in between whose name we haven't yet learned, thanks for being awesome. We hope you know how much we appreciate your help so far.

My dock was failing so I thought I could revive it with some new floats and some reinforcement. I ordered product and asked the staff if they could flip my dock over and flip it back when I was done, the shipping manager Doug sent their dock builder over to evaluate and he said it would fall apart on the flip, I asked what a new docks lead time was and the dock builder said they were in stock, I changed course and they delivered my new dock within an hour and while I was dismantling my old dock it was obvious that it was shot, great job Parry Sound Rona! Love my new dock!

Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Go to for lumber orders over the years. Excellent quality at a competitive price. The cashiers, order desk and the yard are usually well staffed, knowledgeable, and most helpful.Their delivery is reliable, and the drivers are capable when off loading. Just finished a screened in porch, materials were delivered promptly, and the order was spot on.

btw Built my own, but if I was to buy a dock theirs look top notch. Filled docked floats, and extra lumber for strength. Unlike some that are basically just a deck with floats underneath. Usually a selection in stock, built will build on site to specs. Order over the winter... delivered in the spring.

I've always found that this particular Rona carries higher quality products than other local suppliers and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Today my wife and I had an experience that will ensure we get our future products and supplies from this Rona. We were looking for help with our new woodstove installation and met Gary. He not only helped me figure out exactly what I needed, he also helped me understand the installation process much better than I could find from my research. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone putting in a woodstove, to go talk with Gary at Rona!
