Roxann is hands down amazing. She goes above and beyond. She helped my husband and I purchase our first house. I cannot say enough good things about Roxann. She was an absolute godsend for me and my husband as we navigated through buying and selling our house. Even though in the end we chose to sell our house privately, she was still so helpful with some questions we had, which she had no obligation to do. We did buy our current house with her, and she helped to make the whole process so easy. Roxann doesn’t view her job as just a paycheck, she legitimately cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them. She has been there for us every step of the way.
She has helped us our with so many things including, giving us advice on how to fix our home up to get ready for sale, she has helped us pick out colors for flooring and paint and her recommendations have been bang on ensuring us to get the best bang for our buck and the best price for our homes.
We have moved to Mexico and she has been excellent at communicating with us even when we are in a different country. She has always picked up the phone when we have called.
We trusted her with the sale of our homes while we are thousands of miles away and she even sold one of our homes in one day for full asking price !
