We recently hired RT Septic and Repair for an open discharge installation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Rick and his team completed the directional drilling in a couple of hours, showcasing incredible efficiency and expertise.

The scheduling process was straightforward. They arrived on time. Rick took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions.

A special shout out to Tammy who was exceptionally helpful and guided us through every step of the process. She ensured that job was executed as promised and on schedule. Her attention to detail and customer service really stood out.

Just had a 1000 gallon septic holding tank installed at our house in rural Rochester Alberta area. Rick and his team did the install in 1/2 a day even with the challenges of our house having a basement outlet. The hole for the tank was ~20 feet deep! Even with me hovering over them (curious) they remained extremely professional and kept me up to date on everything going on. And thank you to Tammy for keeping everything organized and even bumping up our install due to another cancellation. My wife and I would highly recommend RT for any of your septic needs.
