Today (February 27, 2025) I had my hair cut and styled by Faith (hairdresser at the Strathmore Runway Hair Design Company Inc.). I am very pleased with the result; and the experience was very positive. Faith was very attentive to what I wanted and Faith made efforts to transform my ideas to make me feel better about myself than just 'plain' grandma. Faith took the time to trim the back of my hair a second time and to make adjustments with the layers as we discussed what I preferred. I am very pleased with this service and I want to recommend this hair salon, and Faith as a hairdresser, to anyone who is looking for a new look or to manage their hairstyle.

Nice salon for sure. Decent place to get a straight forward man's cut for a fair price. They won't absolutely cookie cutter it like the barber shop by M & M meats, and they won't push you to do something more adventurous if you don't want. If you want anything more unique they have obviously got that covered too. I always go with Melissa.

I've made this place my chosen hair cut option after struggling to find a barber shop or salon in Strathmore that was the right balance of simple yet also sophisticated as you want to be.

i hadn't brought my daughter here because i thought it would be too pricey. but she hadn't had her hair cut in nearly a year with all the COVID drama, so i booked an appointment. for a cut with wash and blow-dry it was 25$! my daughter is over the moon getting to go to a real salon, she even got sparkle hair spray. great job 🙂

The ladies were very friendly and a bit playful towards my daughter. They made sure to get an idea of exactly what I wanted, engaged her in conversations, and made her feel like a princess. The price point was very fair and there was no high pressure product sales. I called in advance and spoke to a wonderful receptionist who eased my fears and asked the right questions. I would not only happily go there again, but will cheerfully recommend anybody who is looking for a great Strathmore Salon experience.
