Been living in a 3 bedroom house for about 8 months.

We've dealt mostly with Tammy through Rush Property Management and she's been amazing. The company is very professional, responsive and fair. I had been looking for a 3 bedroom for months online before we contacted Rush and within 2 weeks they had found us a house that had everything we were looking for and we got it at a great price.

I am not sure if I can call this a bad experience but we scheduled a viewing with them, went to see the place and we really liked it. They said they will be sharing the application to apply for that place and it has been days I haven't received the application form to apply for that unit. I kept reaching out reminding them to share the form so we can apply and they kept telling me that the office will send you a form today and they never shared. We were in desperate need, were ready with all docs, references, and deposit (mentioned in our conversation) and later they texted me and said we have already selected some applicants and the landlord will be finalizing them but we will still send you an application form today (and I never got the form lol). Lost that beautiful little apartment and I feel sad about it since we already made our mind with it. 🙁

Have had a lease agreement for over a year with Rush Property Management, Tammy and Jay are always great to work with and are very reasonable. We've worked together on projects to improve the place, and they've been quick to reply on their emergency line. I'd recommend them to a friend considering a lease.

Horrible company. They completely ignore your emails. I've reached out for several units they've posted and answered all questions asked with no response for any of them. I am any landlords dream tenant. Your clients loss. 🤷‍♀️
