Walked around for 15min looking for the right charger and phone case not one employee even acknowledged I was there or would help at all. They all just talked to one customer a female they all clearly knew.10/10 never a good customer service experience here

Staff didn’t know what they were doing, tried to sign me up for an expensive data plan for my iPad on top of my iPhone plan. Even then they couldn’t get anything working. I left, went to Jump.ca and got everything working at the expected price.

More than the appointment time installation, no words.
I have cancelled my account 3 months ago and went 2 times to confirm. As a result, during the three months after I left, I received a bill every month, and I couldn't find my $200 deposit and couldn't return it! The after-sales service of this company is really bad!! Dec.19.2020
