The team at Schlenker Group was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. Mickey was always quick to respond to the texts/emails we sent him. He worked showings around our schedule, and kept us well informed; we were never kept in the dark about any disadvantages a home might have. He also made sure to consider our current AND long-term needs. When we signed the final papers, Mickey assured us that their service didn't have to be over; they would continue to help us where we needed. When we did the walkthrough of our new home, there was a broken faucet in one of the bathtubs. Mickey took care of it, and it was fixed by the next day, without us having to do anything at all. Mickey also saved us a good chunk of money! This is our first home, so we were still pretty new to everything. We were prepared to make an offer of a certain amount, and Mickey gave us some guidance as to what a better offer would be. It ended up saving us thousands of dollars! Mindy was also wonderful to work with; she was very friendly and flexible with our schedule. She was helpful even outside of the Schlenker Group! And their 'small' gift basket welcoming us to our new home was... well, we still haven't eaten up all the goodies!

I was recommended to the Schlenker Group by my brother, and I'm glad I was! I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

After only briefly discussing out potential plans for a new house, Schlenker Group continued to keep us in mind until the ideal house for us was put on the market. They helped us make it easy to sell our house (2 weeks!) by giving us tips on light repairs to make. Whenever we had a hiccup they were willing to come over and help remedy the issue, or make arrangements for a professional to assist us. Usually buying and selling really stresses me out, but Schlenker Group made it very manageable. Hopefully we won't be buying and selling anytime soon, but if we do we'll use Schlenker Group again.
