I'm not happy with an order of flowers that I paid a "premium" more for....they filled the vase with bloomed flower to make it look bigger and used a solid color vase instead of a slightly colored clear one. My point is I paid MORE and got even less than the base item. I called and was given reasons like "the other flowers were not available...and thats all we had.....unacceptable.

Ordered for mothersday! Wouldn’t even give this buisness 1 star. Ordered a flower arrangement for my sister in law, spoke with two of the workers in the phone to figure out this arrangement ahead of time, they let me know ahead of time that they didn’t have the exact flowers for the exact arrangement on their website this was in terms of colours they said to me, to which I said that was fine for colours to do green, orange, yellows and whites, that wasn’t the issue. The issue was they didn’t put the value into the arrangement that they charged me. I was charged $114.94. I bought the deluxe arrangement that should have had at LEAST 18 roses by just counting in the photo, her arrangement only had 4 roses and two daisies and the rest was just greenery for filling!! NOT WORTH a deluxe $85 dollars worth of FLOWERS. When I called to say I expected money back the lady was snarky, and rude, and hung up in my ear after telling me she’d issue a refund! Hung up in my ear as I was asking how and when the refund would be issued! When I called back she was extra rude and said she was processing it as we spoke and hung up again after sarcastically and cynically saying “you have yourself a nice day” I don’t think that asking for the value of FLOWERS that I was expecting to be delivered is to much to ask, and that asking for money back is unreasonable either. Especially when spending so much money on an arrangement. I could have gotten arrangement that size for less than $30.00 here in Vancouver!!! She also tried to tell me that the greenery was more expensive when I told her the expense for floral arrangements comes from the flowers put into it NOT the filling and greenery, and that the flowers delivered were mostly just greenery and filling no flowers like what was expected and listed and discussed. I should know my mother is a florist!! This flower arrangement was nothing like what was advertised, their customer service is appalling, and they are a crooked businessthat over charges! Don’t recommend! Here’s the photos of their standard arrangement, deluxe arrangement which I was paying for and charged for, and a photo of what she got. I’ll let you decide if this flower shop is worth your buisness.
Oh p.s, and to top it all off we arranged delivery for the 8th, they told me they were delivering tomorrow and delivered a day early! So all that above, and that are unorganized!

Just received these flowers for Mothers Day. I am blown away by the design and quality of flowers. I receive flowers from Searle's on a regular basis, they are our go-to florist. I always look forward to see what they're going to do next. They also have a full garden center and we buy all our plants there for both inside and out. No where else to go in my opinion!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my university graduation to pick up the morning of but when my family arrived they didn’t have them made and was very rude and ignorant to my mom and dad. They asked us to wait an extra 20 minutes so they could make them but that would’ve made us late to my convocation. The lady we dealt with was one of the owners and she never apologized, didn’t give us anything for the mishap, and only gave us a refund after we requested one. Never will I ever return to this shop under any circumstances. If I could give them a zero stars I would. If you are looking for nice flowers in the area go to Jean’s in downtown Truro, I regret not going there in the first place.

My family ordered flowers for my husbands funeral. I have never gotten what i’ve ordered, EVER……from any place, Until NOW!!!!!
The circle of roses was absolutely stunning! The vases were EXACTLY what we ordered and they were spectacular!
Thank you, the day was stressful enough, and seeing how beautiful they were gave me a sense of thanks and the worry went away.
I didn’t take pictures, but I wish I had.
Everything was beyond my expectations.
Thank you for giving me something so beautiful to focus on, on the worst day of my life.

I posted a negative review on their facebook page and they removed the reviews section all together the next day instead of talking to me. The place wreaked of freshly smoked weed, an employee gave me a nasty stare and no one helped me, also no masks were worn. I was excited to check it out as it was my first plant shop and I'm new to the plant world. I would of bought something but they made me really uncomfortable. If someone had of contacted me... I would of removed my review but instead they got petty and still ignored me. Never going back and will never recommend.

* edit* over a bulb? It wasn't the smell that bothered me, it just added to how horrible the experience was. You aren't sorry, that's condescending and makes me even more uncomfortable.
