What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up to make sure everything was perfect and even provided tips on maintaining the carpets in top condition. My studio looks and feels as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I contacted seaside restoration when I thought I might have a mold problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, offered third party testing, and came out to look at the situation to see not only if mold was present but if it was what was actually causing the problem. When they came out to the property I was informed mold was not present. I was impressed by the knowledge of the process and the honesty. Knowing a company wants to help and not just do a job to do a job is important. Will contact with future needs.

We had a great experience with Seaside Restoration Services. During Hurricane Ian, we had water coming through our balcony door, soaking the carpet. We called Seaside during the storm and they said they would be out the next morning. They arrived on time and pulled up the carpet and pad and placed fans to dry it all up. We were so happy we were able to save the carpet and not have any mold because of their super fast service. They also sent someone out to re-lay the carpet for us and he did a great job as well. The room is back to normal and it's all thanks to Seaside. Top notch service!

The team at Seaside Restoration is excellent! The peace of mind that their service provided was priceless!
They came to inspect after a small water loss that I had been able to clean up myself, but rather than just seeing a dry floor, they were able to come in & test it for moisture to ensure this was actually true. They even went beyond and had air movers (fans) left overnight to make triple sure that everything was good to go. My dog especially liked them and laid by them to enjoy the wind in her fur!
They were fast in responding to my need, professional, and thorough with their inspection to confirm everything was clean, dry, and safe!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I found mold in my kitchen on a Friday night and sent a few emails to different companies not expecting to hear anything back until Monday morning (knowing I'd stress the whole time). Not only did I hear back from Bess that night, she and John were out the next day to assess the damage. The level of customer service stayed consistently excellent for the duration of my time working with them.

Both Bess and John went above and beyond. As a first time home owner, this entire process was new to me and I was a total stress case. Bess and John were calm, reassuring and patiently answered my thousands of questions. Communication was excellent, the crew was respectful of my home and my time, and things were done in a timely manner. I hope I never have to use a remediation company again, but if I do I will without a doubt be going back to Seaside!
