I have left a competitors storage because of them raising their prices after i was there for a few months. Not impressed. Another competitor had a sign saying theyd never raise their customers prices in a year. My nephew had storage with you, and he was happy. I decided to take advantage of your promotion. Everyone has been very nice, and explained everything well as to responsibilities. I'm happy with your services. A long time back, we used to get use of the uhaul to pick up our things and come put them into storage. They used to offer that at a couple of storage places. Is that something I could use at your location? That would greatly help me out. Thank you kindly.

This is a nice place for storage. The clerks are friendly and helpful. Especially, the manager Cyril is a nice gentleman. He satisfied all my need for my business including storing my car and extending my storage for extra weeks. Their storages are heated during wintertime, which means that your stuff stored here won't get frozen. Though far from Edmonton downtown, it's still close to the major road in Sherwood Park, giving its easy access. Overall, a good rating.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They took me out to see my unit, stayed after closing time to finish my transaction as I needed the storage unit that day.
Only thing that wasn't done was they told me they Wud dust out my unit for me but because it was late I think they forgot.

They have a huge, happy, beautiful Poinsettia plant in the office that I appreciated/ loved seeing. 💐🌸
The plant gives the office a calming environment.
Not many people can keep Poinsettias alive all year long♥️♥️

My locker was broken into and some sentimental items were taken and I have yet to hear anything back about camera footage of my locker being accessed by anyone other than myself. I wouldn't recommend this facility for anything other than a good workout being given the run around.

I rented from Sentinel Storage, for about 5 months while I went across Canada. Even when I was late on payments, they were very understanding. My stuff was warm and safe & I never had to worry. Thank you so much. Moving out was a breeze too! The office worker even helped me move my flat screen into the Uhaul… ❤️☺️ so impressed!

Have had a few storage lockers over the years, this has been my favorite. Good storage, good price point, and Cyril is the most helpful storage attendant I've met.

Fantastic service and great rates! The deal offered was a great incentive, especially since I only needed the unit short-term. I've never used a storage facility before, and John was super informative and patient with all of my questions. The storage unit was a great way to hold some of my furniture and items temporarily in a pinch when I had to move during the worst time of the year (during a winter storm). The outdoor unit itself was clean and accessible - I had no concerns whatsoever. I would definitely use this place again if I needed, and would recommend them to my friends.
