Since this install we have had them back to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade a few of our septic system components including replacement alarm & pump and field diagnostics & repairs. Very quick and courteous (on a Sunday at 9:00am). Greg helped me trouble shoot and now we’re waiting to see if it’s a float issue or not. Still may need some repairs. Would highly recommend SepTech in the Ardrossan area. Greg was great to deal with.

Greg, Kyle and his team were amazing in their response to our urgent needs. We have had troubles with our septic pump, alarm and floats for several years. Each time “the other company” came and “fixed it” only for us to have troubles again and again. Finally called Septech and they cleaned up the horrid job done with the pump, wiring and hoses. New pump, electrical and alarm and I am finally confident we will not have to replace flooring and drywall for a third time. Can’t thank them enough. They care and do it right!

These guys are awesome, my septic pump failed on New Years Eve. They gave me instructions to prevent more back up while we were out celebrating new years and had a new pump for me the next day. Very glad we didn't miss our party and excellent service.

Had some minor issues in what I thought was my field. Septech experts recognized it as a sand filter, and were able to clear up all the little issues I was experiencing. Installed, calibrated, and completed as per the plan. Excellent communications, and great team to work with.
