I'm new to the area and have had to go in here several times (ATV, Car, Medicare cards) every time I go I've always had FANTASTIC service! My car registration was definitely my favorite visit! ANDRE is such a delight to deal with! He's kind, friendly and just a great person! The lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name but she has beautiful blonde hair) was so friendly as well! Thank you all 🙂

Came to switch our licenses as we recently moved out of province. The wait time was long but expected. The lady who served us seemed annoyed with her job and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by being there and her responses were short. When it was time to take my picture, she brought me around the corner and had me standing around while she was chatting with the manager.

Fortunately, another agent came by, saw that I was getting frustrated by standing around waiting and finished helping me with having my picture taken. After the picture was taken, she explained what I should expect and answered my questions that I had. She was super helpful and I sincerely wish I had her from the start (thanks Lina!).

Polite staff, clean waiting area, wait time is fast. It's nice to talk to them and they just have good vibes around them. I went there a while ago to get my governmental ID and everything was quick and straightforward. I also called service new Brunswick today and the lady was very sweet. She probably doesn't work at that specific location but if she sees this for some reason I'm sorry I didn't say have a nice day back! I said thank you before she said it but was very nervous and forgot to say have a good day in return before hanging up!

This place is a nightmare any time I go in. There’s always an excuse not to be able to assist you with whatever you need. Staff have been quite rude on various occasions and seem to enjoy any frustrations and headaches they can cause. If you need something actually accomplished, avoid this location and try to do things online or elsewhere.
