I recently had water damage in my rental property, I called Service Master and Justin and his crew were on the scene by 7 am. They quickly got to work to find out what happened, and laid out some options for me to move forward along with the pros and cons. Justins communication between the insurance company and myself was seamless and much appreciated. As someone who had never dealt with water damage before, I didn't know what to expect and had so many questions - they were all answered immediately. We recently found some mold growing in our home, so we sought professional guidance to assess the situation and recommend appropriate actions. Justin was awesome - he got right down to business when he showed up at our house. There is no doubt that he has deep knowledge and experience in his field of work. He examined our problematic areas, as well as other areas of the house, gave us insight as to what the problem likely is, and helped us better understand our situation. He then provided us with steps to tackle the current mold situation, and permanent solutions of removal. SM landed a contract to restore property contents from smoke damage in our condo building. Justin and his crew move all our contents, cleaned/restored them, then brought them back to us. Where do I begin! The more I looked at my house that was full of junk and clutter. The more it all needed to go. And yes, it was a hoarding situation. 15 years of not being allowed to throw anything away, after my husband passed I sat there and felt completely overwhelmed by the situation in my home. I reached out to service master via their online form and was phoned within the hour by a wonderful man named Justin! I did not know then that he was the GM of the Grande Prairie location, I only found out because I went snooping on the website after. He just introduced himself as Justin. He sat there and he asked some questions, but more importantly he listened, listened to what I wanted, what I had been through and what I needed from them. He asked why I chose that route instead of going local to Peace River, and honestly it was because i wanted someone with no ties to myself or my deceased husband. I wanted a quick, bandaid ripped off approach. No emotions tied to the situation so to speak. This man gave me his personal cell to send him photos and videos so he could quote me. Within a week from first contact I had an appointment and the guys showed up to empty my place. They kept in contact with me, texted me photos if they questioned anything. And took everything away no questions asked. The weight these gentleman lifted from my shoulders in a matter of hours can not be explained. Justin is a wonderful man who made me laugh when he could tell I was going to cry, they all made something traumatic, easy to handle. Justin is an asset to Service Master, and the employees, especially Odi were top notch and professional. If you need anything done in your home or outside of your home. Do not hesitate to contact these guys. They will take amazing care of you and they will always make things fair.
