I have only had good experiences at sessions in Kincardine. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. The selection of products are amazing and the prices are reasonable I would and have recommended the store to those i know . A great store with amazing employees

I went in today to buy a product that was listed 10% off on their website. I showed the associate it on the website and said “I saw this one was on sale”. After I paid, I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged full price, so I told the associate. I was told “Sale prices are for members only”. She never asked me if I wanted to be a member during check out or after, nothing is listed about it on the website about being a requirement, and she didn’t tell me it was full price until after I paid. This is the third time I’ve purchased from here, but it will be my last.

The response from the owner claims that there are statements on the website and in their store that explain that advertised sales are only for members. Although I haven’t been back to the store, I have looked through the website 3 times now to find any sort or statement explaining that their advertised specials are for members only. The only thing I have found is a statement saying their members have access to “exclusive deals”, not regular sales. Either the owner is being untruthful, or the statement they claim is there is intentionally hidden so customers don’t see it. I would love for the owner to provide the exact statement shown on their website to substantiate their claim.

I travel all over Ontario and I’m sad to say this store products are priced in left field I mentioned to the store employee that the prices they have our 5-25 dollar more then any other store I like to smoke premium cannabis but I’m sorry selling a hq for 65 dollars is outrageous considering you can get that same strain for 35-40 at any other store not names sessions
