So I had the stripes on my 2010 Challenger redone in 2020 by Signs 1st because they were all spotted and couldn't be cleaned. Since then the stripes have done pretty much the same thing. Then I found out that Neil Tucker purchased Signs 1st since then so I reached out to him in April about getting them fixed. I was told by Signs 1st that there is only a 2 year warranty on the film, even though according to Signs 1st the 3M film went defective, but Neil said he would see what he could do for me. After 2 months of hearing him say "I'm looking in to it" and "I'll get something figured out for you" I got fed up and messaged him again saying that if he wouldn't do anything for me then I would take it somewhere else. His response was go ahead and get someone else to do it. After my response to that message he finally sent me an estimate. It was TWICE what I paid when I had them done in 2020 (once again according to Signs 1st owner). I understand economics and increases on materials but TWICE the amount? That is also supposedly with a discount he said he would get for me from 3M because of the defective materials.
The most hilarious thing about this whole ordeal is that he was what I thought was a friend of mine. If he is ok with doing this to his "friends", I can only imagine what he would do to his customers. So now I'm neither!

I have been working with these people for nearly 20 years. I have never been disappointed and they have always done a wonderful job for anything that I have needed done. Neil and Judy will go all out to help a customer and I will continue to go to them first whenever I need anything done.
