Very disappointed with their laminator. We have had several problems since purchasing the laminator three years ago. The laminator roll wraps around the heating drum gets sucked back into the rolls, all kinds of issues.

No sales pitch, no smoke and mirrors, no pushing other products, just straight-up answers to what I needed to know, and only offered alternative solutions when I inquired. That's rare these days. After demonstrating patience, transparency and respect for about 30 minutes without putting me on hold or breaking off his undivided attention to me, Dexter not only earned my respect but after submitting a quote, an order as well.
