Brendan and Melissa were extremely helpful and even offered to drive about 2 1/2 hours to repair my satellite system. Fortunately their advice and assistance over the phone helped me repair it without a service call and lengthy drive

Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful every time I've been there! They always go above and beyond with their service and help!! I recently needed some help with my android box, an issue made from my own mistake (I stupidly deleted a program because I don't know what I'm doing) and they got my issue figured out immediately and they graciously did it free of charge!! They are the absolute best in town and I will recommend them every chance I get!

Thanks Bill for sign me up 3 year worst customer service in Canada, we pay $89 per month for 5 MB connection, and we only get 1 MB at best, now we has to pay $300 to end our contract with xplornet. total cost $1500 for a year of no internet services. thanks
