We were so lucky as a board to have Anthony and the SME team support us through an overdue strategic creation process for a not-for-profit Society based in Vancouver, B.C.

We were able to create a new strategy over two days of working sessions. This was possible given how well-prepped we were to jump right into the work. We now have a new mission and vision to work towards with a blueprint to get us there.

Jenna is obviously quite experienced in leading strategy groups. She quickly learned about our organization and project and led us through the process with efficiency. She knew the right questions to ask which gave us pause to think deeply about our direction and the resources needed to accomplish our goals. Jenna was responsive in answering questions. She is a good communicator and very adept at drawing out salient points that proved to be essential in identifying priority areas, setting goals, and planning for risk.
