I absolutely love the purchases I made ... my sales lady has worked for this company for 22 yrs. EDIT💥 it has been a little over a year since I purchase this silver tipped fox fur purse and gloves. I still Love ❤️ them as much as I did when I bought them. There is no shedding and the leather is buttery soft.

I asked the associate for permission to take A picture of a sheared beaver jacket I loved. She said sure. Then I thought it would be nicer to take the picture wearing it. When I put it on, it was lovely, it was gorgeous. I fell in love with it on the spot. She told me it was 20% of, and with the US exchange rate I would pay 25% less. I couldn't resist. I'll love this for the rest of my life, just as I have lived my fox for the last 30 years years.

Rude and Condescending Saleswoman. Many products claimed to be made in china from furs imported from Canada, Finland etc. I smell a fraud. We took a picture of an item to share with a friend to ask an opinion and we were accused of "stealing the design. And "store policy No Pictures" more likely you have copied someone else's design and don't want to be caught. What retailer says that to a legitimate customer. Let alone has a policy like that? It's 2015 people share pics like this while shopping. Unless of course you are hiding something. You lost a $500 dollar sale today and showed who you really are.. Good job

The sales lady very aggressive. All the years that we have been here, she is not nice. If you want to purchase something from Snowflake, go to downtown location. My mood is always ruined. Wish someone have talked to her about her behavior

The Asian sales rep called me and my friend " funny" in front of our face, just because we are Asian and she thought we didn't speak English. And after I told her "we do, and even if we don't, it's not something funny." She yelled at me! I was very shocked and don't recommend this store, entirely due to the sales representative/possible the owner of the store.

The store in Banff spring hotel the staff is pretty abrupt and rushed us
