I have used Solve It several times over the years as well as having referred them to anyone I knew who needed help and I have never had or heard of anyone having an experience with them that was less then Fantastic. Today i had screwed up and deleted a file by mistake that made it so I had lost all my years of accounting data for my business and Solve It lucky recovered that data for me; I can't say enough about the level of expertise that they demonstrate everytime I have ever needed them either personally, through friends/family/contacts, and for my business computing issues/systems.

Not impressed. Poor customer service, took them forever to get to the office. No parts brought with them. My computer was down for 5 hours because they did not help.
