When I reached out to Sonora, I was put in contact with Barri. I was living in BC at the time, making the move out to AB in a short time frame. From the very beginning Barri was professional, competent and kind. I had multiple questions and called quite frequently. Never did I feel like I was a bother or that he didn’t want to deal with me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel prepared and excited to move in. Without Barri being so heavily involved in my journey, I’m not so sure I would have made the transition to Sonora.

When I did get to Sonora, Barri and the manager Cherry were there to greet me. Cherry is excellent at her job and got everything completed promptly. She even introduced me to some residents and their puppers too!

On moving day I noticed there was an issue with my window blinds. They put in a request to maintenance and he came the very next day! He was quick, skilled and hung the blinds in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I definitely recommend Sonora and if you choose to live here you'll be supported by not only the friendly residents but the exceptional staff as well.

Everyone in management is incredibly helpful with every step of the rental process. Bari and Cherry have been an absolute treat to deal with! Their communication is excellent and they’ve been quick to answer any questions I have had which I truly appreciate. As someone who has had bad experiences in the past with moving into new places this move has been a breath of fresh air.

UPDATE!!
Ed in maintenance is amazing!! Two weeks ago my washing machine started leaking water as the drain was clogged and he was in within 10 minutes fixing it and it is back to good as new. This past weekend my dishwasher also started leaking because it wasn’t draining and he was in Monday morning and replaced the drain pump for me. Thank you so much for the hard work to keep things running!!

Bari really helped us to find out the place according to my preference.
Bari guided us really well, he made whole process really easy.
He helped me out to set-up , insurance, power etc.. If you are looking for a new place and want a transparent and appropriate guidance, I strongly recommend everyone to go through these guys, Specially Bari.

This place has alot of vandalism, had my car damaged in parking lot, 2000.00 to fix. Also front doors are locked at 5pm so you can't get food delivered to your door. The people In the building are nice, but just too many teenagers vandalizing the property, they don't have cameras in the parking lot either. Rent is high for what you get.
