Their food is 5 star, I order Salmon and Shrimp Scampi, it was amazing. The waiters were very professional. The place is very classic. I went there for a company lunch but I have decided to take my wife. Again, the food is super delicious.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful our experience at Sorrentino's St. Albert was this Saturday. We arranged to come for a special event a short time ago, and manager Aman helped me plan and execute a luxurious but very affordable winter Wedding Day.
From the outstanding decor, impeccable menu, incredible flexibility, and amazing service from servers Mohammed and Andy, we and our guests were completely wowed. If you have a special event, seriously, look no further than this establishment. Memories to last a lifetime.

Ahhh it was so good!! Our server helped us narrow down our choices, and we did not regret. We are definitely going back so we can try every item on the pasta menu. 😋

the food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean and sophisticated, the staff are very friendly and helpful, not to mention the chef/owner who is a literal saint. very generous and caring man. great place to go eat. highly recommended.

Mourad was our server and he was perfect!! Didn’t need to ask for a thing. Can’t believe we waited so long to go back to Sorrentinos!!

We have eaten from this location two times now and both times we ordered food to be delivered with gift cards that we have received. The service on the phone wasn't helpful whatsoever, since part of the menu I guess isn't available if you order for take out. So the last thing that we ordered was the veal, and pasta, and salad, was some kind of family portion dinner. The food upon arrival was already getting cold number one, and number two, the portions of meat were absolutely pathetic, as this is the main part of the dish I expected more. The slices of veal were thin and over cooked and besides being not hot, it was quite flavourless as well. The price that we paid for this food I definitely expected better. The salad again lacked flavour, but just zero care and attention putting it together. I get that it's taken out but the same level of care should be taken as dine in, I have actually seen fast food salads look better put together than this. Like I said we have had two taken out experiences with this establishment and I can tell you if it wasn't for having gift cards we would never have ordered here. They have no customer service skills either, when I called to complain about the order I was told because it was taken out, I get what I get. Perhaps the restaurant experience is much more satisfying? But with such a bad taste left in my mouth I don't think I will ever give them the opportunity. Nellos and Louisa's are in my experience have far better food quality.

Service is impeccable! Our server was efficient and very friendly. His cologne was a bit strong but that can always be adjusted 🙂
Food was average. Arancini was served lukewarm and would be best without the bolognese. The margherita pizza was good, perhaps a little too much red sauce.
