Called because my unitized washer dryer was leaking water into the drum while turned off. Despite being an older unit they were able to locate the necessary part immediately while on the phone with me and had someone out the following week once the part arrived, and completed the repair promptly. The technician arrived early and was extremely friendly and informative for my non service call related appliance questions. Stellar work guys!

“I had a phenomenal experience with a local company, Southern Hills Appliance Repair Ltd., when they fixed my Whirlpool range.

Whirlpool support service only offered me one day, which was a conflict with previous scheduling, and would not offer any other day for the rest of the year, despite suggesting this seemed extremely unreasonable not to have an option. On top of that, their solution was for me to find my service technician, as they had no list to offer whom in the area would be qualified or willing to provide service of their warranty I had purchased from Whirlpool. Southern Hills Appliance was referred to me by RONA+ in Lethbridge, the company where I made the purchase, and they, like me, were disappointed with Whirlpool’s response to a warranty given by Whirlpool. It is a long story, but we eventually were able, over months, to get things resolved with the help of Southern Hills Appliance.

Southern Hills Appliance’s technician and owner of the company were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue swiftly and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated. The repair was done efficiently and supported me in dealing with Whirlpool. We received an appointment two weeks from our initial contact. Our stacking machine is in a small laundry off the back door but not easily accessible. With the use of an air sled they removed the washer, changed the hoses to braided metal, addressed the pump and cleaned the drain filter, and drained the trapped water. Southern Hill Appliance is efficient, prompt, innovative and economical. We are impressed with their quality of work and service.They are very professional and addressed all concerns.

I would recommend Southern Hills Appliance Repair Ltd. to anyone that needs repairs done. They are fast, reliable and keep you posted on when they are coming to do the work needed. The technician that came was so nice and helpful and it took less than half an hour to replace the shattered glass on my oven door. He cleaned up the glass that fell to the floor and just did a wonderful job.
