Had a HORRIBLE experience with this carrier dispatch. watch out it's the "Kristin Show." She fought with us every chance she got, attempted to contact our customer, was combative and rude and willfully relished in making things difficult the entire experience. Then out of sheer spite made it EXTREMELY difficult to track down the POD. This escalated to the point where we had to action other contacts in their office to help and advise and eventually reach out to the receiver direct. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARRIER SOLEY BECAUSE OF THIS DISPATCHER. (their receptionist is lovely though)

Do not pick up loads for these guys. They don't pay good to begin with. We picked booked a load sent the the truck to the pick up. The truck waited all day for the afternoon pick up. Around 2pm the broker told us the load had been canceled. As the truck was about to leave another truck showed up to pick up the same load.

Horrible customer service, always having a trouble placing an order and getting through a dispatcher. Team has an attitude problem that won't get them anywhere. Best of luck!
