I’ll start this off by saying the people running the business are pleasant but the service my vehicle received was the opposite. I dropped my car off to have the wind shield replaced - they told me to come back in about an hour and a half so we did that only to find it hadn’t been done because they didn’t have the right size of wind shield. They told me they’d order a new one and would call when it was in. I had to call them a few weeks later to check in when they told me they did now have the right size. Driving home from speedy glass with the new windshield a piece of trim flew off on the highway and the inside piece behind my rear view was hanging off. The windshield was also not sealed properly as rain water was dripping in onto the steering wheel. I called them and they said they had broken pieces off accidentally when trying to remove the trim and had to super glue it back on because they didn’t have pieces to fit. I took it back to them to get trim put on but then they didn’t have the right size for my vehicle so we waited again. I took the vehicle back when they had the trim to be replaced and said they resealed the windshield but they did not. My start button on the car was frozen solid yesterday. I’m unfortunately very disappointed with this service and will be reaching out to higher management to resolve the issue.

Don't get me wrong workers here are real nice and friendly but you have to watch out for the quality of their work. I went here last April 2024 to get my windshield replaced. They did real quick job and gave us a ride around the town while waiting which was nice. Then couple of weeks later I noticed a rattling noise coming off from my windshield, found out they didn't put on the windshield frame properly. Brought it back to the shop which is like a 2 hour drive away (one way). So they "ordered" the damaged clips from a dealership but ordered the wrong one, so I have to go drive back here in this place again and still wrong clips were ordered. Now I'm still waiting for them to get the proper clips for my windshield frame. This is just frustrating!

Wrong windshield was ordered. Traveled 150 kms return trip to have this done. New windshield came in 4 days late. Installed quickly on return trip. Pleasant service.

Terrible service and installation on a replacement camper window. Messy job, old caulking wasn't removed and the top seal of the window has completely opened up. On top of it, they used plexiglass instead of glass, which we only realized once we got home, one hour away. When my husband called to talk them, they were not apologetic and did not try to mend the situation. They just said that we could go back next week and they would look at it. We went to Speedy in Dauphin with our camper because it was closer. But we should have made the trip to Brandon to Apple because the service and work was much better.

Had an appointment booked to change windshield for over a week, showed up for my appointment and was turned away due to not having someone there who can fix it. No call or prior warning before hand, very disappointed.

Giving a 1/5 because I can't give a zero. Needed a window for our house. Sent all of the information to Speedy Glass in Dauphin. They messed up the paperwork and it took months to get one installed. Window was installed poorly and condensation began in the winter. Picture was sent months ago, and they lost the photo....I will update this post once the problem has been rectified.

Would recommend Speedy Glass Dauphin to anyone needing a new windshield! I have not been many places with this level of customer service. Very fast, friendly, and accommodating!
