Working with Fern and Beth on my logo design and brand identity was such a magical experience. They were able to truly capture my vision, and what was created is more beautiful than I even imagined. Fern and her colleagues brought their enthusiasm to my situation as I was at the beginning of the E-Commerce journey. Whether engaging Kimberley in writing or Fern in explaining how things work in this world, I felt that all my questions were answered. And at an event I held, Fern was there showing great support, building confidence through the experience.
She and Kimberley made a very insightful presentation on all the aspects of on line commerce, from which we are still working. It is a long game and she is there for all of it. As I have made decisions over the year and a half, Fern is understanding and fluid, helping me see again where we are going, and what might come up next.

I was in a panic as I had no promotional materials and was about to attend 2 big conferences, and writing short and catchy was not my skill. After searching, a staff person at the Columbia Basin Trust said she had heard about Fern Sabo at Spring Creative. I called, Fern said "send me some background material and a couple of photos." I sent a 7 page final report on my project and Fern turned in into a 2 page colour glossy with all the important information, laid out in an attractive and very readable flyer, in two days! and sent a printable version to Hall Printing. Off I went!
Later, after a closer look, there were some needed changes that I recognized, but Fern would not have. She fixed them immediately and we reprinted. Fern was a pleasure to work with, and did everything with grace and talent, with an amateur at marketing...me. My project, the Equity in Apprenticeship and Technical Fields Digital Archive, has benefited well from Spring Creative's work. Many have complimented on the flyer.
