We had a great time looking at an art exhibit in the Casselberry public library and Turkish food on Park Ave and then off to the hotel.||A nicely dressed and pleasant young man greeted us and assigned our room. Off w|E went to the 4th floor. As always, I inspected our beds before settling in. Both beds had pubic hairs in them. We grabbed our things, went downstairs and the young man gave us a new room on the 2nd floor. In this room the sheets were not tucked or as neat but with the lights on and extra light from our phones, the sheets appeared to be clean so we settled in.||The bedside table had three rings where a previous guest had put their beverage down and it had not been wiped off.||The breakfast was your normal Springhill Suites meal. The attendant was pleasant and paid close attention to the coffee and replenishing the food.

Spent several nights here for work. It's local to where all the bigger hospitals are in Orlando plus Winter Park has a nice stretch of up-scale restaurants to eat at. If you like to shop, there is also really nice shopping on this strip as well. This hotel has a wonderful breakfast. Lots and lots of options with non-normal free breakfast options like biscuits and gravy. They also had a waffle station with all kinds of toppings and syrup. I loved being able to solve my sweet tooth for free in the morning. The hotel rooms are nice. The shower is good with several water pressure options on the head. Hot water. The bathroom is nice and specious. The bed was decent. I did have some pain in my low back but I was getting a good amount of sleep time since I was so close so that's probably just my bad back and sleeping for longer than typical. The restaurant in the hotel doesn't have many options so I just Uber eated for dinner or went out.

I’ve been a guest at this hotel at least once every other month over the past year and a half. Every time I stay it has been very pleasant. All staff welcome you with great energy and professionalism. The bar is a must, with great customer service in addition to classic spirit selections. When enjoying my time off, I make it my duty to recharge at this Springhill Suites location. Until next time family!

Our team LOVES staying here. Kathleen specifically at the bar made our experience memorable. She took care of us all night and even kept bar open a little later to serve us. She remained professional while also personable. We ultimately had a great stay but again, thanks to Kathleen. We plan on staying here whenever we are back in town as a team. This location is brand new and the bar/snacks with Kathleen really made all the difference. Thank you Kathleen!

We recently stayed at the Marriott Springhill Suites in Winter Park. It was okay for one night but for almost $200/night, it was pricey for what was not a “suite” – it was a standard no-frills hotel room. ||Check-in was okay. The lobby was modern with a medium size lounge area and breakfast area. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car in the low-lit parking lot that seemed separate from the hotel.||The room was okay - sofa, desk with an odd glass divider, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large brightly lit bathroom with walk-in shower. But there wasn’t much storage (very small closet, 2 drawer bureau), no safe and cheap laminate furniture. Everything was still in good shape for this new-ish hotel but the cheap furnishings may not age well.||The AC was also a problem - we had to choose between a very cold noisy room or turning off the AC. Also - unless the shower door is tightly closed, water pools on the floor outside the shower door.

This was our second stay at Springhill Suites in Winter Park, FL. This hotel is top shelf all the way. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfasts very generous and the staff very attentive. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. The towels were pure white and fluffy. A nice luxury for sure. The location is nice with shopping and dining options within walking distance. My only complaint is the $12/night charge to park. There is plenty of parking and this rate seems excessive.

Due to my son’s apartment having moisture issues, we stayed with him at Springhill in Winter Park. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and it was displayed beautifully. Felicia especially stands out, as she went out of her way to ask me if I needed anything and to enjoy my breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again.

We had an awesome stay recently at the Springhill Suites in Winter Park, FL. Check in was a smooth experience in the spotless and inviting reception area. The rooms are well maintained and include a small refrigerator and microwave. We found everything to be in working order.
The breakfast experience at this hotel was impressive, thanks to Felicia, who kept everything well stocked and fresh. It rivals anything you will find at a full service Orlando area hotel.

Winter Park is a great alternative when you want a unique Central Florida location. It has botanical gardens, museums, excellent restaurants, and an historic and walkable downtown. This is a hotel we will return to.
