Stacey recently came to our rescue, selling an older mobile home for us. Professional, kind, enthusiastic and very patient. We had an amazing experience with Stacey when she listed our home for us. We have bought and sold before so have worked with few other realtors and this by far has been the easiest and best experience for us. She sold our home in the first day on the market! Stacey came in showed me how to stage my home and hired a professional photographer to take photos. She went above and beyond by keeping us informed and talking us through everything. If we needed her or any questions we would call and she would always answer or get back to us in a reasonable time, if she didn’t know the answer she would find it for us. When it came time to signing paperwork we had our three kids with us and she was truly a blessing, she paused and let us tend to our kids even held our 1 year old and kept her busy so we could read our documents. Stacey was an amazing realtor and through working with her , now happy to call her a friend 💕

As first-time buyers, we were new to the whole process, but Stacey made everything so much easier and less intimidating for us. She guided us through the entire home-buying process with honesty and patience, truly understanding what we were looking for, and encouraging us not to settle.

We have bought and sold many homes so we are not new to the real estate market. We have had many realtors some good, some not so good. Stacey Chudley is one of the best we have bought and sold with.
We did buy one through Stacey and that went so well that when we decided to sell our home there was no one else we even considered.
We found that she researched the market. She was very aware of market prices and trends. She helped with every aspect of the sale.
From showing the clients, to giving us information as to how we could enhance the property , to offering advise on packing and moving.
