Can’t say enough good things about the helpful kind understanding ladies at this store. Every time I have been in to renew my registration or by chance have to pay a ticket they have been helpful, courteous and kind, I recommend them every time anyone is looking for a registries office. Visit thier office for your renewal needs.

The staff members are RUDE and INCOMPETENT and the service is well below par or should I say Horrible . Never a smooth process to get anything ever done at STETTLER, been there many time and its always been a Horrible experience! I wont let that happen anymore!!

Save yourself the trouble, drive to Red Deer or Alix, I have never had a bad experience at either of those places its worth the drive!!!

Horrible service has no clue what they are talking about I went to lloydminster with drivers abstract and proof of my knowledge test and got my beginners only had to wait 10 business days to go for my fulls where I already had my beginners and they expired. gave them the same information here they wanted me to wait the 365 days when I've already had my beginners for longer than that. If u want to get a good service or actually get something done at a registration don't go here. Horrible attitudes aswell

This particular visit was unbearable. The lady was unable to assist with documents I requested and tried to charge me for what she was confused about. She started yelling in the place in front of a bunch of people and completely embarrassed herself. I have never had any trouble with the place before this day. Worst customer service I’ve witnessed in years. I’m embarrassed for this registries hire. Hope that people will take their business elsewhere if possible.

Registered a vehicle, waited 30 minutes with the paperwork was being faxed over to them multiple times. Their fax machine wasn't even turned on, no one checked the machine. The teller just played on her phone while having me wait. Make the trip to any other registry, this one is not worth your time.

If I could do negative stars I would. I personally don’t use them. They have a reputation of being snotty, bully’s and self righteous.
My parents moved here from BC and needed to get AB licenses. They were given the usual run around of what they needed. Jumped thru all the hoops. The whole time of hoop jumping they were warned by not one but many about “the ladies at the end of the street”. Some said good luck and snickered. Well , they got all the papers, tests, you name it that was needed and applied. An IN HOUSE MISTAKE made by one the the woman in there caused the delay of my dad’s application. She inverted numbers and it was caught at the next level. They called. My dad had to go again to town. Show more ID even tho they had destroyed his BC license and now only has an invalid piece of paper they gave him. They said they would fix the issue in house and if not they would call. They didn’t call. A month later still no license. We called. They needed more ID. Finally we find out that the AB govt cancelled his license. They were Snotty about it and he now has to reapply. We will be going to Castor. Hopefully we can get the $96 fee back from Stettler. Not hopeful on that.one of the first things they heard in Stettler was about the b!tchy ladies at the end of the street. Now they know it’s true.
