Friendly and knowledgeable staff, however their hours of operation and warranty policy could be better.

I have consistently purchased the geek bar pulse disposable vapes for some time now and I have had nothing but issues with them from this store. They have a same day return policy which should be a 24hr policy in my opinion. From vapes tasting off, to batteries failing within 24 hrs of purchase. They have warrantied only 1 of 3 for me when the vapes failed or didn't taste normal.

I purchased a new one yesterday and it worked fine until I had to charge it last night and it never turned on again afterwords. So I had to pay for 2 within 24 hrs of eachother because of this. When I can normally get 4 days of heavy use. I will now be buying strictly from chestermere as they never give me an issue with warranty even days after purchase. And their hours of operation are much easier to work with.

Very large selection of devices, coils, juice and other products, I would highly recommend this store over any other vape shop, the staff were willing to go over the top to make sure I had found what I was looking for. They also have better prices than some of the places in the city. My only downside is that I don't always get off work at the same time so I've had to buy in calgary because the store closes when I'm usually off. I try to go out of my way to go to this location over any other store. 10/10 would recommend again. Thank you to the staff for always making me feel welcomed and making sure that I was happy with the experience.

I highly recommend this store. Brandon is amazing and knows his products, and is more than willing to share his knowledge with you.
I find him very patient and friendly, and I’m always greeted with a smile. 5 stars isn’t enough for this store and I won’t go anywhere else.
New vapes and great juices and all wrapped up in welcoming knowlege.

Vape was leaking 3 days after I purchased. Zero warranty and terrible customer service. Was basically told it was my fault that I was running it too high or using the wrong coil. I was using the coils they sold me and running it on 30 watts. The lady ended up hanging up on me after being so rude. I will make the drive to the city before I go back to this shop. Very poor guys. Alltleast have a little bit of customer service.

Had such a good experience coming to Strathmore vapor company! They Helped me out with any questions I had, and walked me through everything when I bought my first vape! Highly recommended these guys!

Super Great Experience! Lady that worked there was kind and able to help me pick a juice I wanted. She opened the book showed me what was new and what they had and even recommended a great choice for me. Very happy with my experience.

Really reasonable prices and great selection. Unfortunately the woman working when we visited was very rude and condescending. Made the shopping experience very awkward and uncomfortable.. not sure if she was just having a bad day, or what have you… some people shouldn’t work in customer service I guess.
