Update:
Mike has re-engaged with us and has recently repaired and repainted the sign. Since the original issue was within 2-3 years of our purchase but outside of a typical warranty, Mike negotiated a fair cost-sharing arrangement for the fix. The sign has been re-installed and we can confirm it looks and works better. We appreciate the customer service and are therefore updating our review and rating.

We are a non profit society and purchased our new $10K+ sign from Sun Signs. We anticipated a useful life of our sign in excess of 10 years, but unfortunately we ended up with sign peeling very quickly, and after changing our message board less than 10 times. Requests for remedy were continuously ignored by Mike and Company. Would NOT recommend.
